How do I return goods?

If there are problems with any delivery, such as:

  • Damaged goods
  • Shortages/overages
  • Incorrect materials

All problems should be reported immediately and scheduled for return by completing the Returns Form by clicking here.

Mail drop-off boxes are conveniently located on-campus for sending campus mail, meter mail and express items.

Special pick-up arrangements may be made through University Mail Services for large multi-envelope deliveries.

Express mail (DHL) drop-off boxes are available at the following locations:

Express mail, packages and parcels are routinely removed from DHL drop boxes at 5:30pm nightly.
